In the game (fastest)
- Open Tower Drop: Balance.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account (Guest, Google, Facebook or email) and your cloud save straight away.
Without the game
Send a deletion request to the developer contact email shown on the game's Google Play store page, from the email address you signed in with (or tell us the sign-in method you used). We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account ID, the email address we received when you signed in, your cloud save (levels, stars, coins, diamonds, items, settings) and your redeemed-code records. Nothing is kept afterwards. Progress stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game.
Facebook users: removing Tower Drop from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and websites) stops Facebook sharing data with us; to delete the data we already hold, use one of the ways above.
